About the Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our growing marketing and communications team. In this role, you will craft compelling, clear, and technically accurate content that bridges the gap between complex technology and our target audiences — from developers and IT professionals to business decision-makers. You'll play a key role in shaping our brand voice and driving organic growth through high-quality written content.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate technical concepts into engaging, accessible content
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all written materials
- Optimize content for SEO using keyword research and on-page best practices
- Manage editorial calendars and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) and developers to gather insights
- Monitor content performance metrics and iterate based on data
- Proofread and quality-check content produced by other team members
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to write about technical topics in a clear, engaging manner
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful)
- Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively
- Strong research skills and a genuine curiosity about technology trends
Nice to Have
- Background in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Experience writing API documentation, technical guides, or developer-facing content
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics
- Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, DevOps, or AI/ML concepts
- Experience with version control systems like Git (for doc-as-code workflows)
- Can dabble with graphic design basics or familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva
What We Offer
- Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses
- Flexible remote or hybrid work arrangements
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Annual learning & development budget for courses, certifications, and conferences
- Home office setup stipend
- Paid time off + company holidays + mental health days
- Access to the latest tools and software subscriptions
- Collaborative, inclusive, and innovation-driven team culture
